STANFORD TRIANGLEThis one story 35,000 sq.ft. building was originally built in 1940 as a commercial bakery. In 2001 we helped our client convert it from rubber stamp manufacturing to studio, office, and warehouse space, adding a seismic upgrade, accessibility and front facelift to the reconfiguration of interior space.
